"I’ve been sticking with this brand for…"
I’ve been sticking with this brand for a while, and I do like earning points when I go. The app works most of the time, which is nice, but it takes forever to build up enough points for anything that feels worth it. I want to stay loyal because I do enjoy going there, but sometimes I catch myself wondering if other places have better rewards that show up faster.

"Good smoothies, just a little pricey"
I stopped in last week for a smoothie, it tasted really good. The staff was friendly and the service was totally fine. I’ve been a couple of times over the past few months, and my only real issue is the price. For what you get, it feels a bit high. I’d probably come by more regularly if it was a little cheaper.

"Smoothie Delivery Win"
I ordered from Planet Smoothie the delivery went way better than I expected. The driver found my place without any drama, and somehow not a single drop was spilled, which feels like a small miracle when smoothies are involved. It was still cold, tasted fresh, and basically showed up exactly how I hoped it would. Nothing fancy, just everything going right for once. I’d definitely order delivery from them again

"Easy pickup and got it right"
I ordered my smoothie and it came out exactly how I put it in, which was nice. No missing add-ins, no weird size mistake, none of that whole thing. Pickup was easy too, and it’s just good when you don’t feel like you have to check every little detail before leaving

I wasn’t really sure what to expect at first, and I did have a small issue come up, which was a little frustrating in the moment. I ended up reaching out, and after going back and forth just a bit, they got it sorted out faster than I thought they would. So overall, it turned out fine and I’d say the support was solid

"Always Has What I Want"
I stop by Planet Smoothie regularly, and one thing I really appreciate is how consistent they are. They almost always have the flavors and add-ins I’m looking for, which isn’t always the case at some other smoothie places where half the menu seems to be out. Even when they’re busy, I can still order my usual without any hassle. It’s nice knowing I can count on them.

"Clean, but something felt a little off"
The place was definitely clean, so I’ll give them that. But it was loud and the whole setup felt kind of plain, like they designed it on purpose so nobody would get too comfortable and stay too long. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but the vibe felt more functional than cozy. Not a bad spot, just not somewhere I’d want to sit and hang out for a while.

"Such a Refreshing Strawberry Smoothie"
I grabbed a strawberry smoothie today it tasted so fresh and naturally sweet. It was exactly what I needed and totally hit the spot. Little things like that can really turn your day around, and this one made me genuinely happy.

I’ve been to Planet Smoothie a few times now, the staff has been really nice every single time. They don’t make you feel rushed or anything, even when I’m standing there still trying to figure out what I want. Last time, the person working helped me pick a smoothie and was just super chill and friendly about it. It’s a small thing, but yeah, it definitely makes me wanna go back. 5 stars from me

"Easy to customize and they got it right :)"
I really liked how simple it was to change up my smoothie on planetsmoothie.com! I could pick what I wanted, add a few extras, and leave out the stuff I don’t like without it turning into a whole hassle. My order came out exactly right too, which is the biggest thing for me. Always nice when a place actually gets the custom choices correct :)

"Consistent Every Time"
I’ve been to Planet Smoothie plenty of times, it’s reliably the same each visit. The taste and texture are consistent, and they usually get your order out without making you wait forever, which is appreciated. It’s nice knowing what I’m going to get, even if it’s not exactly some life-changing experience. No real complaints from me.

I like that I can grab a smoothie with protein and fruit when I’m on the go. It’s kinda filling without feeling too heavy, and the nutrition feels good for something quick

I’ve stopped by my local Planet Smoothie a few times now, and the place is always sooo clean. The counters are wiped down, the floors aren’t sticky, and the drink area looks like someone actually keeps up with it, which I really appreciate lol.
It just makes me feel way better ordering there, especially when it’s busy. The staff still manages to help people quickly while keeping things tidy, so yeah, easy 5 stars from me.

"Actually Felt Worth the Price"
I ordered from Planet Smoothie and was surprised by how big the smoothie was. I’ve gotten kind of skeptical with places lately because so many charge a lot and hand you a tiny cup, so I wasn’t expecting much. But this one actually felt worth it. I got a large and it lasted me through my whole lunch break. It tasted good too, but the portion size is really what stood out. I’d definitely order again when I want something filling...

I gave 4 stars because the staff seriously came through when I was standing there trying to avoid a dairy disaster. They actually knew what was in the smoothies and helped me pick one that worked, which felt like a small miracle in the moment. Service was friendly and quick once I ordered. The only tiny plot twist was that the line moved slower than I hoped, but overall it was a good visit.

Swung by Planet Smoothie and was surprised how fast my order was ready. There was a little line, but it moved along quick. The staff kept things going without making it feel chaotic or rushed. Definitely a solid spot when I’m short on time.

"I’m dairy free and try not…"
I’m dairy free and try not to go overboard on added sugar, so smoothie spots can be a little hit or miss for me. Planet Smoothie was actually really easy. The staff helped me swap a few ingredients and didn’t make me feel awkward or rushed about it. My smoothie still tasted really good too, not like one of those sad “special diet” versions. It maybe wasn’t the fastest stop ever, but not a big deal. I’d definitely go back
